Fees
Attorney fees are based on a couple’s situation. There is a one-time flat fee based on objective criteria. The fee schedule is set out below. This fee includes everything you will need to pay. Payment can be made via credit card, e-check, or ‘Buy Now/Pay Later (subject to qualification).”.
Unlike in a traditional law firm, there are no costs. We pay court filing costs.
You will never have to replenish your lawyer’s trust account. Our fees are paid up front, and “earned upon receipt.” Our fees are not deposited into a Lawyer’s Trust Account.
Our fees do not cover the costs of parenting classes, obtaining records or property valuations.
